We cover various criticisms that are levelled against various subsets of Indology like Linguistic Palaeontology/Comparative Linguistics. Are these criticisms correct? Is the Proto Indo European Hypothesis false? If not how do we reconcile Indology as a proper field and deal with the inconsistencies within it? The primary inspiration for this podcast was Shrikant Talageri’s blog titled “Indology Bashing” which he wrote a few weeks ago.
