In this monologue, I share my thoughts on the Jāti and Varna phenomenon. I try to share my views on this facet of Hindu society and try to find out if can we annihilate these systems as they exist or as they existed in the past? Can we really have a society without any hierarchy? If we smash Jāti and Varna what will replace it? Will the new system be less rigid than the old one? Or, can we tweak the old system to suit the needs of modern Hindu society?
